1) You are over 18 and will be present to allow us access to your property for the date you have booked the treatment am bookings are 8am – Midday pm bookings are Midday – 6pm.
2) Our Pest controller will arrive in an unmarked vehicle to remain discreet, they will be wearing company uniform and will provide photo id badge.
3) We will expect you to show our pest controller the location of the pest problem.
4) If we arrive and you are not present we will charge a call out fee of £45+vat.
5) We expect you to have read the preparation advice for the pest we are treating before our arrival, if the preparation advice is not carried out and we cannot carry out the treatment we will abort the treatment and apply a call out charge of £45+vat.
6) It is your responsibility to ensure that there are no children, pets or livestock in the area or rooms that we are treating. There is an exclusion time of 4 hours for all insect treatments and for treatment to rats, mice and squirrels it is your responsibility to keep children and pets away from traps, poisons and bait stations for the course duration of the treatment.
7) In the unlikely event that a treatment does not work we will revisit free of charge. If the issue is due to you not carrying out the advice or recommendations on the treatment report made at the first visit that you signed for we will charge for the call back visit.
8) We do not treat for bees if we turn up to treat a wasps nest and it turns out being bees we will charge a £45+vat call out fee and refund you the difference of the booked wasps nest charge.
If you cancel your appointment more than one day before (24 hours) before your booked treatment we will provide a full refund.
If you cancel on the day of your visit you will be charged a call out booking fee of £45+vat unless you change your booking date. The future date cannot be cancelled and no further refunds will apply.

This week Millennium Pest Control, were called to a residents in Felixstowe to arrest some Rats from over indulging having their own garden party, stealing the food you placed for your robin or sparrow . Rats are great climbers and it doesn’t take long for them to smell and seek the spillages left from over feeding birds in your garden. Please remove any spillages left from the feeders and from time to time bring your feeders indoors at dusk to remove the food source that rats will become attracted too.
